chore(i2s): add metadata.version to all skill frontmatter

Per DEC-0013 D1 + R-008 (lint_skill_version hook) +
architecture-defaults (version lives at metadata.version, never
top-level). Router klarheit-mit-idea2self = 2.0.0 (continues the
monolith); the 7 i2s-* sub-skills = 1.0.0 (new).
